    Thank you for choosing Amor Fati Reiki. Before receiving Quantum Reiki services, please carefully review the following information. Your signature or electronic agreement indicates your understanding and acceptance of the terms below.

  • Nature of Reiki and Quantum Reiki

    1. Quantum Reiki is a holistic energy-based practice that promote relaxation, stress relief, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

    2. Quantum Reiki works at both the energetic and subatomic (quantum) levels to facilitate deeper energetic shifts, encouraging the body’s natural self-healing process, including physical discomfort and emotional stress.

    3. Quantum Reiki sessions may assist with the energetic aspects of pain relief and pain management by promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting the body's natural healing capacities.

    4. These services are complementary in nature and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or veterinary diagnosis and treatment.

  • Scope of Practice

    1. Practitioners at Amor Fati Reiki are not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, physical therapists or healthcare professionals or providers.

    2. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition, or interfere with any ongoing medical treatment.

    3. Quantum Reiki sessions are offered solely as a supportive and complementary tool, not as a replacement of any professional medical or mental health care.

  • Client Responsibility

    1. Clients are solely responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental health.

    2. Clients are encouraged to consult with their healthcare providers for any medical or psychological conditions and maintain regular care and guidance from licensed healthcare professionals.

    3. Clients should not discontinue any prescribed treatments or medications without consulting their licensed healthcare provider.

    4. Quantum Reiki should not be used as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Results Disclaimer

  1. Individual experiences with Quantum Reiki vary widely. The effects of Quantum Reiki are unique to each individual.

  2. No specific results, outcomes, or cures are promised, implied or guaranteed. Healing responses are unique to each client’s personal energetic, physical, psychological and health conditions. 

Confidentiality

  1. All clients’ information and session details are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared without the client’s written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

Consent to Treatment

By signing below (or agreeing electronically), you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  1. You have read, understood, and agree to the nature and scope of Quantum Reiki services as explained above.

  2. You voluntarily consent to receive Quantum Reiki sessions.

  3. You acknowledge that Quantum Reiki is complementary and not a replacement for professional healthcare.

  4. You release Amor Fati Reiki and its practitioners from any liability relating to your participation in Quantum Reiki sessions.c

Limitation of Liability

  1. Amor Fati Reiki and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages, injuries, or consequential outcomes resulting from participation in Quantum Reiki services and/ or sessions.

  2. Clients agree to hold Amor Fati Reiki and it’s practitioners harmless from any claims, injuries or issues arising from their participation.
